Default oil in my intake?

i pulled off the intake pipe going to the turbo, it was barely hanging on, i looked at the pipe and noticed a very thin lining of oil on the silicone connector and on the inlet of the turbo, now the oil pan was leaking a little and there was oil all on the underside of the engine, should i be worried or did the turbo just suck up some of the oil that was leaking

I think that a small amount or a "film" of oil is normal but excessive oil poolage is a sign of seals going bad. If your throttle plate has oil on it there is a problem with your turbo.

If it was on the inlet of the turbo then I don't think it can be coming from the turbo because thats where its sucking in the air. Most likely that oil was picked up from the the outside because as you said the pipe was loose. If there was oil on the outlet of the turbo going to the IC or IM than you might have problems with your seals but you don't.

I've seen this on a car before too. Very small amount on the inlet side, right next to the wheel. Only this intake was sealed tight. Maybe it was from the oil that is put on the air filters? Perhaps the turbo experts could shed some light on this. I'm curious too.

If it's in the inlet it could be from the valve cover breather(if you have yours routed to the turbo intake pipe).

Hey I know what I said is true because I had it happen to me personally. It's not some kookie idea I boiled up out of common sense. I don't think the suction created by the compressor wheel could suck all the oil that has krept out from behind it's seals up into itself. You know how sticky oil is.

Sorry to break it to you but if it's pooling up in the turbo inlet, you have a problem. Either your pcv valve is not working or your turbo seals are biting the dust.
