If turbo seals bad, how does it leak?
ok if seals are bad or something, does the oil leak on the outside of the turbin housing or inside?
i found some leaks coming out of the housing bolt on the turbine... wtf?

You sure your oil inlet line isn't leaking? If the turbine housing is filling with oil then the oil ring on the turbine side is completely destroyed. Rebuild kits can be bought for $60~$100 but you need to mic the shaft and center housing so the correct bearings can be ordered.

make sure its not spitting out of the turbo inlet or as the others said charged pipes or downpipe...check for spitting oil
