my turbo d16 maybe 200hp or so on low boost 7psi at most. necessary? you guys know more than i do. if so how big? 18row? 30row? any good kits for good price?\

and also my oil heats up and drops to 17-25psi at running full heat.

Unless you live in an area were it's really hot don't worry about it. You will lose pressure for your oiling system.

What are you oil temps? Don't tell me you're considering a cooler when you haven't monitored temps.

 

^^ yeah that. And is your 17-25psi oil pressure at idle?? I hope so! That's normal.
