Default Oil cooler location?

I'm looking to put in an oil cooler on my next setup, I've been eyeing cxracings oil cooler problem is where they have it mounted I'll provide the link below. If it's mounted in that location how is it possible that air can reach the core of the cooler? Am I missing something lol

yeah that mounting location sucks... i don't have any idea how air is suppose to pass through the fins so that i can cool the oil.

If anything I would mount it lower where the OEM fog light would so air could pass through the core directly.

I plan on running one but placing it behind my 2.5" core but will have it space about 2" away but have it diverted with some aluminum sheet metal.

exactly what i was thinking. behind the intercooler maybe on the driverside, hopfully those lines will reach. good idea with sheet metal kind of like an air duct haha thanks!

those lines in the kit will not reach, i've measured it already.

I think when you order it call and place and order and ask them for more length in the line. i think an extra 7-10" should do it.

Will do thanks alot! will that extra 7-10" bring me to the driver side just at the intercooler? its hard for me to measure and look to see where stuff is without my motor and turbo in.

Grab a tape measure and tape it to where the lines will be on the car and order the hose a bit longer than needed.Ebay has a few of his coolers listed for 35-55 bucks
