Default Oil cooler

I want to put an oil cooler on my car but im a bit worried about pressure loss. I have an LS/VTEC motor with the Golden Eagle sandwich plate for the oil line to the head. But could I put another plate on top of that or should I just get another one for an oil cooler and just tee the pressure line and send that to the head for the VTEC?

I also have two plates stacked with a cooler and -10AN lines running to the cooler. Pressure is just fine.
