Default oil catch cans

How important is it to have the breathe r on top of the can I already have a breather where the line would go back into the intake. Do I need another breather for the can? Also, woul done of the lines to the catch can be coming out of that valve cover where the line goes back into the intake?
Thanks for any advice.

There is a huge thread floating around on this subject...the best way to find it is look for the little red lettering on the top right of your computer screen and then click it...go from there... If you need anymore help on the subject feel free to make another worthless post.

lol. good 1! I seen that thread and it said nothing about a breather or no breather being on vale cover or the actual can itself.

Yes,you want a breather on the catch can.You want all the ventilation you can for the engine without losing the oil.
