Default OBD2 02 sensors and Boost

on my 99 dx D16Y8 i have a greddy kit with a FMU and 310 injectors. I'm throwin the CEL for 2nd 02, i have the primary 02 in the down pipe, all good there, since im running a test pipe with a apexi catback, the 2nd 02 has been mounted about the tranny, just out in the air, im getting neptuned next week, what do people with test pipes do with the 2nd 02??? i need inspection by this month and im worried neptune wont turn off my CEL. i didnt build this kit so im not sure on why what was done..was done. sorry for the Looong para. any help would be great. thanks

you'll end up failing with the neptune if they do a obd2 scan for inspection..

to get rid of the o2 code, you'll need an o2 simulator.

or you can try this.. i've never done it, so i can't vouch if it works or not.

well i just did a CEL search and it threw 45 (fuel rich or lean)
and it threw 71 - 72 - 73 - 74 which is random cylinder misfire for all four cylinders, this kinda worries me i dunno whats up, theres no shops that do turbo work for 100 miles!

if you kept reading, it shows you a cheap solution to an o2 simulator..

sorry i see that now, but now its not throwing the o2 code, so maybe the neptune can fix my air/fuel to get ride of Code 45.

It this new random cylinder misfire on all four that has me thinking?
