OBD2 and test pipe
Looks kinda like that, its pretty small. You just wire it between the o2 sensor and the ECU. I got that pic off Summit, but I dunno if they have them for imports. Theyre fairly universal I think. Theyre about 50 bucks.

what you could do is install the o2 bung really close to the wall of the testpipe, so it's out of the direct flow of the exhuast gases. Thats how mine is and it never threw a code

For all of you who's CEL goes on with a test pipe, do you have more than one O2 sensor, like the one thats also mounted on the converter. My 94 only has the one sensor mounted in the downpipe. Will this still throw a code with a high flow cat or test pipe?

no, I believe you have an obd1. so there is no 2nd 02 sensor. so if there is no sensor, it makes it kind of hard to throw a code.
