Default Now boosted and can only go to 5500 rpm@!$%$#@ Please help!!!!

I drive a 94 integra with a b20b, i got my turbo kit installed last wendsday and i still have a problem. the car runs fine and it pulls hard but when i get to 5500 rpm it seems like the engine cuts out and then it kinda starts again. the guy that installed it took it for tuning and they couldnt figure it out. he says that it is because the engine is getting too much fuel and that the engine kinda plogs out. is that what's going on? if so, how can we fix it? or is it something else? i'm running a vafc with 450's. Please help!! I will post up a picture of the dyno sheet later.

when my ecu would not let me rev above 3300rpm it turned out to be a bad input into the ecu.

sometimes the VAFC hack setupi makes it bog . 5500 is right where your vtec kicks in. this happen to me before. unfortunateley its kind of a hit or miss. never foudn a fix for it .

you shoudlnt run the AFC hack setup anyways.

cool man, that's crazy, i hadn't realized that. so you think i should use something else other than the vafc? what else could i use? is that the only way you got rid of that problem?
