not making power

Default not making power

we have a h22 accord with golden eagle sleaves,cp piston, eagle rods, drag manifold, garret 60-1, 8'' jrc ic, s300 and a stock head. At 15psi it only make 254 hp 207tq. And i seen stock motors with small turbo pull number like that. what could be the problem.

the intercooler is fine.......there must be something wrong with your tuning.......

post your ignition maps, that'll give us a good indication as to what may (or may not) be wrong.

ive read a bunch of "h22's not making power" and it always seems to come down to the timming... good luck man.
