Default Not Holding Boost

Yesterday I got my vehicle tuned and for some reason it was not holding boost. We went to tune for 28psi but it wouldn't hold. I was thinking that I never adjusted the valves for this setup and that the valves are staying open which is probably causing the boost to fall off. What do you guys thinks? Also, the tuner told me I should get a set of type R cams.

wow, it could be a number of things. I mean, is it holding a certain psi, like 13 or 15, etc,...or is it getting to 28 and then falling off? what exactly is it doing?

If you have a 7 psi or 8 psi spring, you can't double that psi. So you'd be capable of boosting 14 or 16 psi....

I have an innovate boost controller and they say that you boost as high as the controller can hold, but nothing under what ever the spring is
