k well this is gonna be very vauge and im sorry it isnt my car or anything and the owner is not here...so everything is hooked up its a t3/t4 turbo i mean everything is hooked up but he isnt hitting boost what could be the problem????

 

1) Exhaust leak.
2) Charge pipe or intercooler leak.
3) Wastegate malfunction.
4) BOV malfunction.
5) Turbo malfunction.

 

ya mechanically the turbo should be pushing air into the motor so there is a leak somewhere. whether or not its a "leak" or a malfunctioning part, somthings definetly leaking. if hes not seeing boost at all its prolly somthing like the wastegate just letting all the air out.

its a d16 turbo, t3/t4 turbo with greddy type s blow off vlave.. a 38 mm wastegate its supposed to boost 8.75 pounds. a dynamic auto sports 12:1 fmu walbaro 255 fuel pump, he used his fpr to hook up the vacuums. also at timesthe car is either detanating or bogging... he is runniong 91 oct... any thing on that too??? pleae respond asap!!
