not the fmu it's a problem with the inline pump?(please read)

Default not the fmu it's a problem with the inline pump?(please read)

ok it might not be the fmu....here's what i have i took the fmu apart and cleaned the disc...and put it back together correctly....but the fuel pressure is still around 80psi and bogging the car at idle...but when i turn off the inline pump..everything runs pefectly idling at 40psi of fuel pressure and not bogging....but when i turn the inline pump back onit jumps the fuel pressure back up to 80psi and the car practically dies...i don't understand....could my problem be the inline pump???? someone please help me out here before i break something

Do you have a AEM FPR?

If so, i can promise you its that. The diaphram inside it always breaks after a certain amount of time.

If you dont have a AEM FPR then yes it possibly may be your Fuel pump./

are you talking about the aem fpr that replaces the stock fpr?? if so, this concers me.. because i have one. did that happen to you?

what could cause an inline pump to malfunction like that?....grounding out somewhere?

could it be a malfunctioning injector...being stuck open?? is this possible... i checked my plugs the other day and i think injector #4 is going out...

-anyone???

Did you try to lower you fuel pressure with the b&m?
