Default Not boosting all the way

I'm only boosting 6 psi (size of my wg spring) instead of 10 psi through the boost controller.

Set up
Tial 38mm wg
small red spring (5.xx) psi
Greddy Profec B spec II
Golden Eagle vacuum manifold
HKS SSQ bov
Autometer boost gauge

vaccum lines
Wastegate:
Top port is going to 'COM' niddle on the boost controller solanoid
Side port is T' ed to the vaccum 'NC' Line from teh boost controller to the compressor housing
Actual boost controller unit vacum line is going to the vacuum manifold

Boost controller connections:
'COM' port is going to the Top port of the wg
'NC' is going to the turbo compressor housing

Vacuum manifold connections:
Tapped into the brake booster

BOV & boost gauge:
Both are going to the vacuum manifold.

This is the way I had a month ago and it worked. I turned "off" the boost controller till I get a chance to go tune. When I went to go tune this past weekend, I turned on the boost controller, and it kept on staying at ~6 psi. Same settings as when I had it working before.

Any idea/suggestions/comments are welcomed.

Thanks

Any ideas where?

My guess is that the line from the Greddy boost controller unit inside the car. It has a vacuum line that goes to the vaccum manifold. I am guessing that line broke or something through the firewall.
