nos dry to wet is it possible?

nos dry to wet is it possible?
a friend of mine has a NOS 50 shot dry kit and we heard if you buy the sylinoid and the jets you can convert it to a wet kit is this true and if so what all do you have to buy and change and would it be a better buy to just get a wet kit for the car, by the way its a 94 gsr in a 93 hatch
