Default Noob Question

Hey guys, I'm new at H-T I've been doing research over at HAN for a while and had a question on big time WHP.

I have a 99 Civic EX Coupe. I was planning on getting either a b18c1 or c5 swap in it. I was told get the c1 if your going to turbo because of compression. So how does everybody get the 350+ whp?? What all do you do and where do you get it??
Thanks

why dont you try before you ask, how about you type in turbo and see what happens? narrow it down from there depending on what comes up. searching to get an answer is not a super fast process its taken me a few hours before, but the info is there you just need to find it.
