Default dumb question

What does the code mean after the T in turbo, like T25 or T28 or whats teh difference between a T03/04B and E?

i'd search, but i dont know what words to search for

Yeah it is a dumb question. Its pretty much has to do with housings for the most part. Some turbo labels will throw in something about the turbine sizing too. Now search harder!!
