Default No room for ac fan...

In my 99 si, I can't fit a slim fan behind or in front of the condenser. I searched and found that some people are not running a fan on the a/c. What are the consequences of running no fan other than an a/c that doesn't run as cold? Thanks.

Also, for some reason I have snapped 3 tbolt clamps today. Not when tighening but when loosening. I was trying to remove some couplers and the clamps snapped when I tried to loosen them. Any reason why? Thanks.

why can you not fit a fan as a pusher on the front side of the condensor?

I did and I had the same car as you.

I should have supplied a picture. Sorry. Notice my ic bracket runs right up front.

The only option I have is to remake a new bracket for my ic. To be honest, it was such a pain in the *** to get the piping right that I really don't want to make a new ic bracket just for the fan. I will if I have too but I want to see what my options are first.

Not running the Fan on the condensor is Going to put added Stress on the A/C System.
and it most likely wont run Nearly as cool.
Autozone, or any auto parts stores usuallyu have many different size Slim Fans you can buy.

Just measure how much room you have or buy one and test fit, It it doesnt fit im sure they will glady Exhange it for a smaller.
I think you can normally fit a 12" fan on some of the setups ive done after pushing the condensor forward. It normally fits really well.
If you think you have even less room, You oculd probaly fit a 10" fan no problem.

what the hell is that vertical shiny bar behind your intercooler?

Get rid of that ****, that is why you do not have any room for your fan.

Mount the intercooler to the radiator support or to your headlights like someone else said.

I moundted mine to the radiator support.

I have a JRC 8" tall on EG hatchback.
