No boost and TT question

If you don't boost at all, but just drive around town for a while, do you still need to turbo timer to count down?

okay im confused, you mean if you drive "nice" and don't go WOT, hence no boost?

i think thats what he means...generally, you woulndt really need to have it countdown...i would sit for 150-30 sec just for the hell of it but i dont think you have to do it.

mines is always on 3min..no matter what...I know I dont need to, but i get paranoid about the turbo...

Mine is set for 40sec most of the time, but it doesn't really work that well with my alarm, so i just sit for 40 sec. Sometimes i cut it off early after like 20 sec if i haven't boosted or only drove a short distance.
