are you sure you have no leaks with the IC piping . And are you sure you dont have any exhaust leaks? IE the manifold to turbo. etc. also do you know for a fact that the waste gate is closed and hooked up correctly.
Just general questions to ask to further assist you.

First off, please try to type in complete sentences. You'll have more luck getting people to help if they don't have to sit for 5 minutes trying to figure out what you're asking. Anyways.
Not getting boost can only be a couple of things. One is the wastegate being open. I assume it's external? Check it again to see if the spring is installed, installed correctly, or that it's not broken.
Another possibility is you have a massive exhaust leak.
And finally the turbo could be junk.
But you have other problems to address as well. Like running 320 injectors and an FMU. I'm sure the car runs and idles like crap and the CEL for the o2 sensor is an over rich condition, yes?
If a shop told you that you need larger injectors to solve your no boost issue then you need to find a different shop. You obviously don't know much about boosting and this shop is either assuming that you do or they're taking advantage of you.
Larger injectors REQUIRE tunable engine management. If you're keeping the FMU, then you have to put the stock injectors back in.

Re: no boost integra ls motor 1990 (Buzzbomb)
runs good with the 320 injectors idles fine. Had stock injectors in there and it would do the something not boost everything i have is brand new turbo, wastegate, and everything you need turbocharge a car. Have turbocharge four other cars before and never had problem like this one
