i checked all the vaccum hoses and cuppling's they are in good condition. In first gear the boost gauge indicates that i stay in vaccum, around about 24-30 cm/kg. I start boosting in the other gears at about 2800 rpm. Any suggestions as to what might be the prob?

 

Did you check for exhaust leaks?? ....haha, just messing with you man.

i was only hitting about 1psi in first. i put in my test pipe and it works fine now.
