Unknown boost creep
in november I was dyno tuned, and never had any issue with boost creep (nxs manual boost controller)
around january i took the car apart, and I put all the same parts back on it. Same WG, turbo, piping, bov etc..
When I put the set up back together, I started getting boost creep. I know I made my BOV stiffer (greddy type rs) and that was it..
It holds boost where its suppose to go, but once the higher rpm's come, 6-7k, the boost climbs and fuel is cut.
I replaced the MBC. I checked the hoses to the waste gate and turbo cold side. The wastegate is untouched. I have no other ideas.. I'm stumped because I never had boost creep before I tore the car apart (removed turbo downpipe oil pan, pretty much it)

meh... was the wastegate...
opened it up. The thing the spring presses down onto was not screwed on the valve anymore, it just fell off after opening it. Screwed it on, adjusted boost, no more creep. woohoo
