No 2nd O2 sensor....is this bad?

No 2nd O2 sensor....is this bad?
I'm running a test pipe right now, so my 2nd O2 sensor is just zip tied to the side. Will this affect anything in a negative way? Well my fuel map get messed up...stuff like that?
