Default Nitrous Nozzle -- Bad fit

So I currently have a ZEX 55 shot system in my car, but the tap they gave me didn't work too well on my V2. It drilled and everything, but there isn't a good seal. I've tried using teflon tape, but there is almost no thread. It stays in there, but whenever I inject nitrous I hear a "woooosh" sound like boost. I'm thinking it's a leak because it's not very strong.

Any ideas on how to seal it?

Is the wooosh sound normal? It sounds exactly like a turbo at full boost.

sure you don't have a leak somewere else? and your also not supposed to use teflon on the nitrous kits, the fittings are tapered and i've been told using teflon can cause them to leak. for only a 55 shot I really doubt your gonna be hearing much noise at all so i'd look at the rest of the setup for leaks.

I've checked all of the connections and there are no leaks. I then pushed the TB open and heard what sounds like a leak right at the nozzle.

Teflon is ok. The guy who sold the kit to me and the guy who fills my bottle (supplies kits too) advised it.

so you tapped/threaded the intake pipe?? thats like threading a coke can. it aint good enough to hold tight so if you want it too you need to put a nut on it. NOS makes a adapter that goes through and tightens down with a nut and then the nozzle threads into that piece. (that piece mounts to the pipe and is hollow.) but it dosent really need to seal anyway if you not boosted, just N/A besides the NOS???? the nozzle just needs to stay in. as for the noise that is strange. check all lines for tightness.

Yeah, it stays in just fine. I teflon taped the expletive out of it and it stays in place but when I inject it I hear a whoosh sound. I think it might be cracked right before the AN fitting now that I think about it so I'm going to check that and TT it.

Thanks for the help, keep the suggestions comin.
