Hey guys i have a h22 in an eg last year i had a stock H with a zex 75 shot went 12.8@103.5 making 196hp 202tq,Im sending my motor out to get built this week but need some advice??Im thinking of going with a 125 shot direct port on 11.5.1 comp with pistons and rods stock frm sleeves??or could i be safe going with 12.1 with stock sleeves??Also in the air with cams i was thinking skunk 2 pro 1's any other suggestions for cams??Set-up also has 255 walbro,RMF header,skunk 2 pro series IM/70mTB,450CC inj,crower valvetrain.

what pistons are you going to use? H22's have FRM sleeves so your options are limited. If you sleeve it you can go with any piston you want plus a little bit larger bore Everything else you have said sounds right.

 

i know my options are limited for pistons i.e mahle gold series but im looking around for something else because iv read more bad than good things about it+trying to squeeze in sleeving it but have to see how the budget looks.

 

Any other opinions??

I know it's hard sometime's but try to get it sleeved..If you do you could run a good bit more spray on 11.5 pistons.

 

Ya im hoping i can and if i do im going 12.1 on a 150 shot, im already running a progressive controller so helps the impact a little bit .
