Default Nitrous Express Jet questions! please please help

ok I've got 5 nitrous jets

18 24 35 41 62

The two circled in red are NX jets the other 3 I guess are NOS jets they have flat heads

is it ok to use the other non NX jets?

how can i figure out about what size hp im injecting using these jets?

i figure i can run a 40 shot *roughly* either with a 35/18 jetting which comes out to be 1.94 and its starting to run lean *or* with a 35/24 witch comes out to be 1.45 which is rich

what is the varience between running rich and lean? i know average mix is Nitrous 1.7/1 Fuel? How far can you go either way?

call NOS and ask them what jet sizes to run with what...

do any of them have the red ruby inside?

those are MUCH better than the plain brass jets.. the ruby doesnt contract with the cold and meters a better nitrous flow for a more consistent flow/shot....

I called NOS when i had problems and they can tell you what jet sizes to use for the shot you want.. then you can adjust the jet sizes for fuel once you know which ones for say.. a 75.... etc.. change the fuel jet up to be a little safe....

lean is bad with nitrous.. melts holes in pistons.. go with a little rich to be safe..
