Default Nitrous Express Installation

I just received my nitrous express kit today a few question on installation. THis kit is also used which makes it a little more difficult.
1. The two solenoids Fuel has two red wires, Nitrous has 2 green.
How do i know which is power and which is ground?
2. How do i mount the WOT trigger? Does Anyone have any pictures?
3. How do you make the WOT trigger a button? Do you still have to used the WOT somehow.
4. when using nitrous, does the nitrous start sprayin when WOT is hit then left off the throtte is it still spraying. , or does the button have to be pressed down the whole timefor nitrous to be sprayin.
