Default Nitrous on a b18c5

Im heading to the track next weekend, and Im in a bit of a dilema. I just bought a "Nos" dry nitrous kit of my friend for cheap which I was going to turn around and sell for profit, but now Im really thinking of using it. Would it be safe to run a 40shot with a msd dis2 (Ill be able to retard the timing throughout the rpm band) and a b&m fpr with my fuel pressure bumped up to around 55psi at idle? I would also use some colder plugs. The motor is a 97 jdm r motor that runs really strong. As it sits now it made 183whp all motor and it never burns a drop of oil. Im not to worried about the drivetrain either seeing as I have a fresh clutchmasters stage 3 clutch in. Any help/hints/experinece would be appreciated. Thanks.
