ok, so first things first...
where's the ****** that started this thread? if it was so important for him to throw up on h-t then why hasn't he given some more insight and comments??
... to that fucktard... nice job instigating

i know the creator of that oh-so-ugly manifold. he had only made a log manifold prior to this and it worked (for an h22). rather than purchasing a $400+ a/c compatible manifold for a turbo that is NEVER used, he decided to fabricate his own. you guys just rant on **** without knowing a damn thing. yea, give your opinion, but only a handful actually gave him credit for ATTEMPTING to make a tubular equal length manifold.

not the prettiest b/c his welds were bad?
everyone starts somewhere. at least he has the ***** to go ahead and make it and put it to use.
everyone wishes they could afford a full-race or some other one-off custom piece, but when reality strikes and you're short $1000 for that manifold, you find other ways.

to DIY
i'm not gonna talk **** about anyone's specific comment, everyone has their own opinion.

Feel free to disprove me; if you do you have a bigger e-***** than i do and should be applauded.

and i'm not knocking the sc61; its a decent turbo; WAY too big for what most people use it for but its their money not mine. That just seems to be the h-t trend turbo</TD></TR></TABLE>

yah... i know what ur saying about the manifolds. the turbo is a lil diff case though... an sc61 usually goes for the same price as a 50 trim. and hell if u wanna buy a turbo and not worry about upgrading. that's a good turbo. i had one on my sohc. loved it. except my downpipe was holding me back bigtime in the spoolup area.

E-*****, that's hilarious. You learn something new everyday, and today it was a new E-word.

i find this thread rather interesting*...

all the H-T tightwads and all the H-T ghettofabulous trend-haters (even if the trend makes sense) get to come out and voice their opinions.

You're right... its not my name as the thread starter... Im not a moron

However, the entire thread has been devoted to make fun of a manifold made by Herms, for my motor. hrmmmmmmm

oh and can i take a stab? tell me if im right or right...
this is how it went:

Marc sees thread, marc laughs, marc copys/pastes thread to Yaniel. Yaniel posts.

jesus christ......so what the welds on the manifodl are ugly. do we make fun of him in person? yes we do ...does he know he needs to make better welds? yes he does. $400 for a turbo, manifold, and DP is not bad at all. i dont care what it looks like its perfect for someone on a budget. Next time he knows to weld the runners before putting the flanges on. He has welded stuff on my car for me before and they werent bad at all. He just needs work on making manifolds.....that is all.

I'd run it

I used to love the look on peoples faces when they saw my charge piping made mostly of large diameter radiator hose

People get too worked up over **** like this. When it all comes down to it, we still
all drive ****** hondas. If it makes the power, then it still has beauty in my eyes

its cool that you did a cheap manifold... but why not find a decent welder to do it.. ive got local quotes to do a similar manifold that were around 80 + materials..
