Default NGK spark plug ?

I bought these NGK BKR6EIX-11 3764 Iridium IX for my stock block t3/4 turbo setup with 550 injectors, more specs listed in signature. heres the ?

I looked at these plugs they look like 2 or 3 steps colder then stock. I'm pushing 60+ whp over stock and 100+ troque over stock. Will to cold of a plug damage my engine? Anyone use the plugs i mentioned before? please help

heat range 5 is stock so you are one step colder. that should be fine. if you are having pre-ignition problems then move up to 7's

what EMS, what whp, what motor? those are non-resistor race plugs and pretty cold too. probably not really needed and will foul quickly

my tuner recommended NOT to use the iridium plugs, he claimed they dont move heat away from the electrode like a conventional plug.. so i run the bkr7e and there cheap enough that you can change them often

i love ngk regular ones with colder heat range. cheap and very reliable.

the iridiums get foul easily when tuned a little rich. like 12s/13s at idle.

bkr7e for sure. hondata will highly recommend against non-resistor plugs
