Default New turbo manifold on our crx

We had some problems last year controlling boost so we had a new manifold designed. We made it a wastegate priority manifold, hoping to let the wastegate do its job. Last year we the boost would creep to 18 psi, or so, on a 7 psi wastegate spring. We also added a GT4202. We should be back on the dyno next week after I switch out the valve springs. Here are some pics.

Here it is on the car

Is that 16ga mild steel?

Design looks good, definitely shouldn't have any creeping problems.

Wow, all that needs is 2 oval heat sheilds on the side and TUSKs and you've got an elephant head!!!

Looks like an excellent design to me.

I'm not sure on the thickness, but it is mild steel. We didn't bother using stainless since it was getting coated.

Hopefully next Thursday, I gotta switch out the valve springs, and we're gonna check the tune up on the dyno, and hopefully George will be licensing next week. Trying to get him ready for BOTI Fontana.

The car definitely sounds different but haven't done any testing yet.
