Default new to turbo, integra question

so i'm looking at starting a turbo set-up. i'm putting together some ideas so i wanted to ask the opinions of honda-tech.
i have a 2000 gsr and am planning on doing a low-compression head gasket so i can run 10 psi. is a t3/t4 a good idea?
what are some suggestions for a nice fitting intercooler/piping without spending money out the ***.
and last what are some good ems's as well as ones to stay away from
thanks guys

One thing I can say about the thicker headgasket is that when you do this it throws off cam timing and it will have to be adjusted, so you'll also have to get adjustable cam gears. I decided to do with OEM after I learned that.

I have a b18 with a t3t4 .57 trim turbo and love it..
I dont' think you would necessarly need a thicker headgasket though.

not sure about the headgasket either....idk if u would really need it.....

a t3/t4 is the best way to go for running anything under 20psi to me...after that you would def need something bigger...

for the IC and piping.....can u weld? do u have the tools to do so? all i did was mount the IC myself and bought some piping from JCWhitney.com and some other sites have pipe cheap too....easier to me then buyin because if u buy shyt can sometimes be the wrong stuff....

EMS....could just go Hondata....easy enough....i have an s200 system for sale if u want it...250$.......if not there is Neptune or Chrome....ummm... AEM(expensive) but idk many people wit Chrome or AEM....
