Default New turbo - anything to prep before install?

I am about to install a new turbo a t3/t04e, is there something I need to do to the turbo before I install it?

Upon startup, I recommend:

Hold the compressor blade in place and start the engine. Let it idle like this for 10 seconds to get oil through the cartridge.

Then let it go and install your intake (if you have one), letting the engine warm up. Check for water and oil leaks, oil in the downpipe, etc.
