Default New to the site and new to turbo (will be)

I have a Gen 1 crx im about to do a D16z6 well the jap ZC SOHC version with ZC tranmission (shorter gears). And i want to turbo charge it to about 12-15 PSI. I want to use a T3 trubo 48 trim to do so, with FMIC. What will i have to do to the enternals to make sure she doesnt blow up. New forged pistons, rods, plus putting in sleeves, and a greddy head gasket. Would this be ok to run in the 12 to 15 PSI range daily? Also what would my times be on the 1/4, Gen 1 crx gutted out no anything 1800lbs, SOHC ZC with 12-15 PSI turbo and Turbo cam? Rode on 14's. Please tell me of anything i might have said wrong or anything, i want to be told now then see later on when my engine blows, thanks, then new guy. I know alot of questions in a little post, sorry.
