Well, I just fired up my new setup on uberdata with dsm 240cc injectors for now to break it in, and she won't idle. I can keep pressing the gas to let it run, but right when you let go of the gas it just dies. I have no CEL on at all. My afr's are around 18-19 which I know is lean but it should still idle right? Anyone know what possible things it may be? My tuner is gonna come down and see what he can do. I have a feeling he has to fiddle around with the 3bar map sensor and make it richer for it to idle. Any input would be appreciated.

So far my setup consists of:
Turbo:
- CR-Fab Turbo Manifold
- Garrett T3/60-1 w/ Upgraded S Compressor Housing
- Tial 38mm Wastegate
- Tial 50mm Blow Off Valve
- Precision 1000cc Injectors
- 2.5" Intercooler Piping
- 3" Downpipe
- 27" x 6.5" x 3" Front Mount Intercooler

Motor:
- 84mm Benson Sleeved Block
- 84mm Wiseco Coated Pistons
- Eagle 3/8" Rods
- ARP Head Studs and Rod Bolts
- ACL Bearings
- GSR Transmission
- Quaife LSD
- Moroso Oil Pan
- Portflow Valvesprings and Retainers
- Skunk2 Valves
- Ported and Polished Head
- AEM Fuel Rail
- Paxton FPR
- JG Eddlebrock Intake manifold
- 10 Gallon Fuel Cell
- Aeromotive Fuel pump
- Greddy Oil Catch Can
- 3" Exhaust

make sure the map sensor has a good vuccun line on it. the car should idle even at 18

make sure you got the map sensor wires hooked up right. multimeter to verify.
then ditch the basemap your on now and get it tuned. your tuner can properly break in your motor on the dyno

for the wiring to the map sensor I used:

http://www.hondata.com/tech3barmap.html

It is not an actual GM 3 bar, its one made by W.E.L.L.S. but worked perfectly fine for me last year. no codes at all. if map sensor was bad, wouldn't it throw a code? Hopefully it just involves fine tuning....

its actually not a backdoor intercooler anymore, everything was changed and it turned out sweet. ill post pics in a new thread tomorrow.

that cr-fab manifold:
- the only thing i didn't like was we had to make an elbow for the wastegate. stupidest wastegate location.
- and i have an exhaust leak in the middle of the collector which is no biggie as it can be fixed no problem. looking at the material that its made of and how heavy it is, it should hold up fine. we'll find out
