if you look at the numbers the ex tranny is still slightly taller than the LS tranny.... and the DX is even taller than that

svp11secsohc on this board runs a dx tranny on his 11.2 sohc...he switched to an ex and as well didnt like it . he switched back.

i get full spool at about 5k , man that **** hits so ******* hard good god!!! my car breaks traction at 2psi in first.

actually it would be below 20 with a leak. Also a leak in the charge pipes doesn't affect your vacuum

damn right... the sc61 on the d16 was like "ok... is this thing gonna start moving anytime soon ::5k rolls around, tires break completely loose::... guess not in this gear"
