Default New Pistons and Rods

I just bought some JE Pistons and Eagle rods. One of the speedshops in my town said I would have to bring it to the machine shop to get everything balanced. I know I will have to have the pins pressed in and everything but does anyone know what they mean by balancing the pistons and rods with the block?

As far as rotating assembly...pistons and rods should be darn close to balanced (if bought new). other than that, honda cranks are pretty well balanced from the factory (it'd be crazy to rev to 8500rpm with an unbalanced crank). Flywheel and pressure plate are really the only things that might be out of balance.
