Default New Ls/Vtec overheating, HELP!

Ok like the tittle says it's overheating. This is really wierd and I can't think of anything. This build has been going on for almost 2 yrs. We finally started it last weekend and it got up to 210 degrees twice so we shut it down. Blead all air bubbles out of system. We changed thermostat just to be safe. Fan came on at 185 degrees. Water pump is a brand new oem gsr. Radiator is new from nuekin. We did compression test and it is 140 psi in all 4 cylinders. Did a leak down test and got bubbbles in the radiator in cylinders 1 and 4. Pulled the head and head gasket shows no leakage anywhere. The head was rebuilt with new supertech valves and springs and machine shop resurfaced and pressure checked it. Block is sleeved from golden eagle and o-ringed. Any Ideas? I just don't want to put it all back together and have same problem. Head gasket was a 84mm cometic head gasket. Have a new oem b20 head gasket. Also how does everyone punch out the dowel holes. B20 is too small. Also bore on block is 84mm. pistons are 9.5 to 1 aries. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

60 views and no one has any suggestions. Hmmm! Maybe everyone has no clue like I have no clue. Well I will just put it back together and hopefully it was just a crappy cometic head gasket.

Overheats at while at idle. And no it's A Nuekin Radiator and fan. Yesterday put it all back together with oem crv head gasket and still getting lots of leakage from cylinder 1 and 4. Pulled head back off and took to machine shop this morning and watch them vacuum test all ports and pressure check all the combustion chambers. Gonna take them my ls/vtec dowels to see if they could be slightly too long might be holding the head up from seating good. I don't think this is the problem but who knows. Any Ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks

too long of dowels has happened before. Has the head and block been milled? you really should be using the GE Headgaskets. next time you assemble it, pressure the cyl before firing it and look for bubbles. no point in starting it if its leaking. Also, how is the tune at idle? too much timing or too little and too much or too little fuel can cause those issues. But it seems you are having a head to block seal issue

wrong head gasket.. the non vtec gasket covers water passeges! and they sell the dowels u need for like 10 bux. no stock dowel is gonna fit your setup unless u drill the head or block
