MOVE OVER

i have been searching for a vacuum leak, but so far nothing.
Here is a video of what is happening. Any JRSC guys that have experienced this before, please shed some light.

Changed IACV's but it did not help. 0% TPS and hondata shows -17" of vacuum.

Is it safe to let it idle that high while I spray carb cleaner around to find the leak?

i had the same problem .. there were a few things #1 I checked the tb it had a bad vac leak #2 check the iac and adjusted the screw .. and i still had ideling problems i never could get it corrected it ideled at 900-1k .. try the jrsc thread in the fi section

Is it surging or just high idle? Is your throttle cable pulling the plate open?

throttle cable is disconnected

initially its just a high idle, then it starts surging from 1300 to 3000 rpm

try plugging the hole under the throttle body, the one that goes to the pcv valve, recheck all vacum lines and if all else fails, IM gasket might be bad.
