New internals
Would getting all new internals (pistons, rods, springs, valves, retainers) and keeping them at stock LS spec. be any different then keeping my orignal parts?
besides the fact that they all new!
would these new parts give me different hp and torque even though they are at stock spec??
thanks in advance

If you kept the same cam profile, compression ratio & bore etc. Your motor would theoretically be very similar except for the fact that it may output a slightly higher compression number per cylinder due to the freshly rebuilt setup.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish ?

R u using factory parts or going forged.... if the same spec the only think you would gain is you would be able to handle more power with a forged bottem end in comparrison to your stock bottem end

Re: (JDMlyfestyle)
i plan on LS-T, the valve train i was looking at is as follows:
Crower 404 cams
Crower double springs
Crower TI retainers
Crower Cam gears
Crower valves
Block:
CRP pistons 8:5:1
Maybe eagle or crower rods
What i need help on is what valve spec i should get?? keep it stock spec just new valves?
And what piston spec i should get?? will forged pistons still work with the same stock bore??
