Default New catch can design...

Once I get the car running I will post results of how much pressure is still in the crankcase. 6 ports total are feeding into this. All hoses are 3/8. 2 from the drain ports that are drilled and tapped (oil from the head goes threw these ports down to the pan). 3 from the valve cover (2 drilled and tapped in the back of the valve cover and the original port that Honda has baffled). One more from the factory big hole (about 1 inch) in the bottom of this "catch can". That hole also works as a drain. Hope I explained this clear enough. The only thing I am worried about is that the outlet port will not relieve enough pressure. We will see when it is up and running. I want to hear opinions, good and bad. Thanks- Eric

Yes that is the stock can. I modified the inside with more baffles and drilled some holes in certain places to let it flow some more. The outlet pipe is staying dry so far(I have less then 50 miles on it) . So the baffles are working . I am just worried its not flowing enough. Need to put a gauge on my dipstick tube and see what happens.

****... that's almost exactly what I was going to do, except build a larger can and use much larger vents. Good work

Looks good. Very unique! I've always wondered what the D series guys do. What's that male -an fitting between the battery and fuel filter connected to?

1.For those who asked the manifold and kit was home made. 2. I will be running a air to water intercooler when it arrives. 3. That -an is a old catch can setup( may run the outlet of my catch can to that, just to use as a filter) and 4. just to clarify the ports come FROM the motor to the can and then out the can to vent . Thanks for all the feedback!
