Default New car help please...

Just have a few questions and any input would be appreciated... I just bought a 92 civic hatch. I bought the car with a jdm d15b vtec with matching trans, what looks like an ebay special t3/t4 ar 50, front mount kit, full three inch turbo back exhaust (not sure of brand), p28 chipped, 8lb waste gate, atmospheric dump, supposed bigger injectors that I assume came with the kit, and dsm1g bov... I think thats all but if I remember more I will post. I am a long time member of dsm.org and am familiar with them inside and out but Im not familiar with the honda scene. (and no I am not one of the dsm'ers who say honda suck, I value any car that is worth value or that someone has put in the wrench time.) Now mu questions are :

1) The car runs and drives and builds boost just fine but I can only 1/4 peddle the throttle b4 it starts to run like poop and starts popping from both under the hood and out the exhaust... Now my thoughts on this are not enough fuel but after doing research I found 50% of ppl say that an after market fuel is not need and the other say yes. Now it is my belief that ANY n/a converted to forced induction would need a bigger fuel pump.

2) Is this a safe setup to keep my honda reliable dd, all I plan to add to the mod list is a new fuel pump if needed, better clutch as this one does not hold too well after about half way through 3rd, safc (or someother kind of tuning device, Would love some recommendations on this) and to have it tuned. I also have a pic of the engine bay but was unsure if it was against the TOU to attach...

Anyone that tells you going turbo does not require upgrading the ENTIRE fuel system is off their rocker. If the injectors are upgraded I don't see why you wouldn't go ahead and upgrade the pump. An upgraded fuel rail or FPR is not needed.

How can you tell if the injectors are upgraded? What size are they? How do you know it's an 8lb wastegate when the make of turbo isn't known? What wastegate? If the turbo is indeed a Chinese knock-off I urge you to replace it at your soonest opportunity. Like yesterday.

Get a clutch that will hold the power you are making.

I also doubt it is tuned. It is probably running off of a basemap. If you want a reliable daily DO NOT RUN WITH A BASEMAP. Look into <CROME>, Hondata, Neptune RTP, etc.

Stay away from any V/SAFC.

Ok that helps a WHOLE lot... and I know its an 8lb waste gate bc I am not running a boost controller at the moment and Im reading 8lbs on the gauge... and i cant tell if the injectors are upgraded, just going on what the kid was saying but I only paid 1800 for the whole car as is so even with the probs I figured it was to good to pass up... Also any suggestions on finding out if the turbo is an off brand pos? Also when I drive the car I keep from boosting bc I knew it was not complete and dont want to break the car. Oh and if I upgrade the fuel pump to say a 255 lph-hp dont I HAVE to put in a regulator? Thanks

If your hearing a popping noise its most likely running lean. Either get a wide band gauge to check your a/f ratio or a new tune. Buying someone elses project is never good but The good thing is if it blows you could get a d15 cheap.
If I were you I would pull off all the turbo parts inspect em and reinstall everything fixing whats needed then you should be good.

pic is not working for me for some reason, but is it popping like backfiring, or stuttering? it could be the plugs not being gapped correctly. and no, a regulator is not required when installing a new pump.
