Default New built d16 setup

Car has been a work in progress and is now almost complete. Its a Built d16y7 with 9:1 compression.
srp pistons
scat h beams
t3 super 60
spoolin performance log manifold
2.5"->3" dp with 3 " magnaflow resanator and muffler
tial 38mm
dsm bov
uberdata

Th car got tuned the other day. It has apporx 450 miles on the motor. At 7psi it made 165whp and 150 tq. Once i break the motor in, were gonna shoot for 275-300whp at hopefully around 18psi.

pretty nice man, though those numbers seem pretty low for that comrpession at that boost. and why not use a vtec head?? there is alot more power to be had there

yeah i'm pretty sure that turbo isn't really meant to run at such low boost levels,

once he cranks it up it'll be a freaking beast.

if he wanted to run only 7psi he'd be better off with something simple like a greddy kit

Yea with only 450 miles on the motor i am not goona boost or beat on it much. At 500 miles i am switching over to synthetic oil. Once i put like 1200 miles on the motor i am going back to the dyno. The stock y7 head is deff hurting my power. Next step in the build is deff some major head work and a vtec conversion.
