(new to boost) setup

Default (new to boost) setup

Opinions needed:

stock 99 b18b1

ebay fmic
2.5"charge piping
dsm 1g bov
dsm bluetop injectors
2.5"DP custom
stock exhaust with hollow cat
exhaust cutout before cat (homemade )
chipped obd1 ecu tuned with crome
walboro 255 fuel pump
2.5bar map from pherable.net
blox turbo mani
garrett tb3026

Turbo Specs:
Garrett model number: TBO326 (T3 series turbo)
OE part #: 465446-9
Compressor Trim: 50
Compressor housing A/R: .42
Turbine housing A/R: .48
Wastegate setting: 7 psi

what do you guys think about this setup? i have all of this stuff except the 4 things from pherable.net i havnt ordered yet. im shooting for ~280hp opinions needed!!! also, the turbo has some shaft play, side to side, cold side is about 1mm play hot side is about 2mm play should i find another one or rebuild this one? what are the costs of rebuilds?

blox mani can be prone to a bit of spiking, but shouldn't be a big deal... Stock exhaust will kill your goal.. Turbo might be on the smaller side, but somebody else can chime in on that.. injectors will just about be maxing out at that power range..

i know the stock exhaust will be tough to hit 280 and i know the turbo is a bit small... but ill have the cutout which will be like open DP ( i cant stand loud DD cars) I dont want to buy any bigger injectors than the blue tops (i got them free, budget build) the turbo i only paid $100 and the rebuild kit is $59 so $160 for a like new turbo. I guess a better question to ask would be, what do you guys think i can make powerwise with my setup? 250ish?

Max on that turbo is gona be in the low 200's at a MAX!

your defiently going to need to upgrade your injectors get some rc 550's you can find good used ones for cheap also having a 2.5" exhaust doesnt mean its going to be loud i run an ebay 2.5 exhaust and its not loud at all or sound like a fart can i kind of got lucky but theres no sense in running a 2.5 DP to a 2.25 exhaust your def. going to be cutting your power look into a t3/to4 turbo that t3 is small for a goal of 280
