Neptune RTP connectivity issue
So I just received my Neptune RTP board today and eagerly put it in, following the installation instructions to a t. I entered the serial number in like instructed and went to connect…nothing. The com settings are fine on the computer as I have been using Crome and it has no issues using my ostrich to real time program. It seems like the serial number isn’t correct or I am not entering it correctly. I used the drivers on hrtuning.com that came with the Neptune software to see if it was a driver issue and they ended up crashing my computer and giving me the blue screen of death. After a system restore, still nothing. The blue light is on, the ribbon cable is connected exactly like it is shown in the picture in the instructions…still nothing. It definitely doesn’t feel like a hardware issue but more of a software issue. I am using the latest beta version software from hrtuning.com.
Any ideas?

You sure you have the COM port setup correctly in the software? Did you find out what com port it is connected too in windows?

Yeah, I went through the device manager and it was saying com 10 for the USB port, so I put in com 10 into Neptune and it wouldn't connect. The ostrich works fine through com 10, so I know the port is configured correctly.
