ok here is the situation. many of you know that jordo, who is a good friend of mine, has been waiting for some time now to install his full race turbo kit on his 00 type r. well we talked about it and decided if we could get help from my neighbor who has tools and some mechanical knowledge we would do the install ourselves. well i talked to the neighbor and he said he would be glad to help he just wants to see some kind of install guide so he can become familiar with any specific details for installing this kit on jordo's car. so here is my question, do any of yall have any type of install guide typed up or a link to one it would be much appreciated. or if you would be so kind as to make a brief one of the basic order of installation and then just add in any specific details that someone installing this kit would need to know. i hope someone can help us, would be much appreciated by myself as well as jordo.

What's the difference between this "full race" kit and any other turbo setup? That might help with installation suggestions.

I'm not much of a turbo guy, but I'd imagine it would be the same between setups. Are you running an external wastegate? Front mount intercooler? Is the turbo oil or water-cooled?

 

no its basically the same as the drag kit, just have to make a mount for the radiator, and fab a test pipe for the exhaust.

 

That install link should be fine then. I don't know if Drag has customer service, but if they do, give them a shot for any problems.
