Need Some Hose Help!!!
I am looking for a staight reducer hose for my turbo. I need a hose that connects between the turbo outlet and the intercooler pipe. The one that came with the turbo ripped. Now, as your already know, the turbo gets very very hot and there is a lot of pressure coming out of it. I am running at 8psi.
I was looking at Samco Silicon hoses, but they have a max operating temp of 356 degrees. Is this enough or do I need something thats goes up to 500 degrees? What do you suggest? Thanks guys.

Silicon is what you need.I have seen some of these rated up to 600 degrees but I don't think it matters. The compressor side doesn't get that hot.If your inlet air temp is 300 degrees the motor will grenade before the hose melts.I've used these with success. http://www.atpturbo.com/Mercha...L-TRN
