Default Need some help on daily driven ls-T setup!

Whats up guys. Im kind of new to this honda stuff switched over from VW .
Anyways im doing an ls-T setup in my 94 hatch, and id like to know a few things. 1st off is the motor i will be using it a b18b with under 25k on it from http://www.hmotorsonline.com . My 1st question is what kind of headwork would be good for an lsT setup with a stock block (cams/springs/retainers/etc/etc).
2nd id like to know what size injectors i should run considering that id like to buy them big enough now where i can build the motor and use them later on to make more hp. 3rd whats a good turbo/manifold setup for a daily driven lsT? id like to make around 300whp with this car on a stock block with some headwork before i engage into a fully built motor. If u guys can give me any info it would be much appreciated rather then no info. I will be posting pictures of the car and the restore process as well in another forum on H-T will have the link up asap!
