So I picked up a block for my big boost build up. The block has stock sleeves that have been bored out to 81.5mm, and there is a sleeve guard installed. I'm looking to make some monster power and would like to push 20 psi as high boost out of the block, does this seem reasonable? About how much boost would I be able to safe to run before I would blow those sleeves out? Could anybody drop down some of that good old honda-tech advice.

Are you saying that it has just a block guard, or does it have sleeve inserts? If it only has a block guard, it won't last long under high boost. But, as usual, how good your tune is will determine how long everything will last...
Using a Garrett .60 trim with .63 A/R. Turbo is suppose to only be good for 490whp so as close to that would be nice. What kind of power can the stock sleeves handle, some guy in a post I had from a while back asked me why I was gonna stroke my motor when you can make 500whp on a bone stock longblock.
