I will approx have 1500 to spend on a turbo setup including everything. (give or take couple hundred) I know thats not a lot but I would really like to turbo. The civic has a d16y8. I want to run low boost.(5-6lbs?) I dont know much about forced induction obviously please give me some advice on complete setups or whatever you can offer as far as what not to do. ty
